At present, the restricted state for shipping wine is Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Tennessee and Utah. I am happy to substitute for a sparkling cider or additional gourmet foods in the baskets going to these states. I will adjust the price of the basket, if necessary.
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or receive a wine basket.
During the summer months if being deliver by UPS, I might substitute items like chocolates with items of equal or greater value, due to the hot weather.
Substitutions: I am constantly changing my inventory, based on the discovery of new and unique items. Some substitutions may be necessary, because from time to time I may be temporarily out of stock, how ever the quality will not be compromised. I will always substitute with items of greater value.
